Adam Taylor, IT assistant at the prestigious Arthur Terry School in Sutton Coldfield, was charged with spying on 16 women last June, July and September.
The 22-year-old, of Berwood Park, Castle Vale, admitted 17 counts of voyeurism at Birmingham Crown Court as he was about to stand trial over the offences.
Judge Phillip Parker QC warned he was considering jailing Taylor and said he would make no “promise as to the nature of the ultimate sentence”.

The Selly Oak Trust School, off Oak Tree Lane, wrote to parents saying it had been forced to take drastic action to save money.
Head teacher Chris Field said the school, a specialist science college for students with special needs, had already made “significant savings” but they had not been enough.

The gun threats relating to The Arthur Terry School in Four Oaks were made on Wednesday (November 14) night said: “If you go to The Arthur Terry school in Sutton Coldfield, England do NOT go to school tomorrow. Some kid from your school just sent me a threat saying he’s going to shoot it up tomorrow. Please stay safe.”
The message had been shared on Twitter and was said to originate on the Curious Cat social media platform which allows people to send anonymously on Twitter and Facebook.

West Midlands Police tweeted at 9.38pm on Wednesday and said: “We are aware of a message that is being shared on a social media platform called curious cat and are currently looking in to it. Thank you to everyone who has been in touch.”
Parents on social media raised concerns. Lisa Ledbury tweeted the police and said: “Do you have an update on this please? Don’t want to send my daughter to school without some confirmation that it was a hoax. Thanks.”
In a message on its social media pages the school said: “Please be advised that Arthur Terry School is open as usual today (Thursday), following the hoax post/s on social media.

A spokeswoman for the police look to reassure the public on Thursday morning and said: “We are continuing to investigate a message that has been shared on a social media platform last night (November 14). We are working with the school and we do not believe there are any threats to students or members of the public.
